Gresham & Finch, a London-based garden design company, approached us to update their brand identity into a more sophisticated look which would help them to market their premium design services to a new client demographic.

Inspiration for the branding was drawn from the manual aspect of gardening along with the precision of the planning, building and planting processes. a hand-crafted font has been paired with a modern sans-serif to convey a manual, precise and contemporary feel. Hand-drawn illustrations of gardens and flowers are used throughout the branding and animation showing the creation of the drawings has been used to accentuate the artisan tone.

Purple was chosen as a primary brand colour as it imparts a sophisticated and high-end feel in consumers. This colour has been paired with a contrasting and natural green. Both colours are often used together with one acting as a main colour and the other as an accent.
